About me:
Hi, my name is Kimberly Chapman! I am the owner and founder of Dragonfly Sweets in North East, Pennsylvania. My passion for baking started in my own home, making gifts and treats for friends and bake sales. I received various compliments on the things I was making. I then decided to take my baking to the next level by turning it into a profession. I was able to use Butch's Diner to further my business and take custom orders. The Flower Cart very graciously sold some of my products, since I didn't have a store front yet. I am very grateful to both of these businesses. Shortly after, I was given the opportunity to open a store front, with my friends at The Straw Hat! I took this opportunity and in May 2022, we opened! I now use the entire space by myself starting in 2024. I specialize in decorated sugar cookies, cupcakes, cake pops, simple 3 layer cakes and other assorted cookies.
